Donadoni: ‘Bologna must progress’

Coach Roberto Donadoni says Bologna will start “important evaluations” for next season on Monday.

The Rossoblu face Chievo today, having already secured their Serie A status, but have won just twice in their last 15 League games.

“We want to finish the season with a good level of performance, even with many unavailable,” Donadoni said in his pre-match Press conference.

“We want to finish the season with a good level of performance, even with many unavailable,” Donadoni said in his pre-match Press conference.

“In any case, we’ll be competitive against Chievo. From Monday a period of important evaluations begins. I’d like to be stable in the top half of the League with this team.

“There are mid-table teams like Chievo who over the years have had good ideas which have borne fruit.

“I think it’s now time for Bologna to push the accelerator, without risking going off the rails.”
