It is believed this sort of injury will keep Domizzi out of action for around three weeks.
Udinese are already struggling with absentees, as Mehdi Benatia, Giampiero Pinzi, Andrea Lazzari, Luis Muriel, Dusan Basta and Pablo Armero are only in light training.
