Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco has won the 2018 Enzo Bearzot Award for his ‘bravery, doggedness and tenacity’.
Di Francesco finished ahead of Lazio’s Simone Inzaghi and Zenit St Petersburg’s Roberto Mancini to take the award from previous winner Maurizio Sarri.
It comes just three days after he masterminded Roma’s comeback against Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-finals.
The Bearzot Award is named after Italy’s 1982 World Cup-winning CT Enzo Bearzot, who passed away eight years ago.
