New Chievo boss Lorenzo D’Anna has assured that the Flying Donkeys ‘will get our confidence and self-esteem back’ under his watch.
D’Anna replaced the long-serving Rolando Maran on Sunday, and the club legend has three games to pull Chievo out of the relegation zone.
“I’m living this moment with enthusiasm and a lot of determination,” explained their former Primavera Coach.

“I feel great responsibility to replace an excellent Coach like Maran. I know the President well: my conversation with him was brief and intense.
“All the members of staff and I want to accompany the lads and fight with them on the field.
“We believe in each of them. If we’ve decided to accept this challenge then it’s for this reason. Well get our confidence and self-esteem back.”
