His fellow Brazilian has joined from Nice this summer, and is already drawing comparisons to the World Cup winner.
“It’s a big responsibility, he’s my idol,” Dalbert said as he answered questions from fans.

“In the past I watched a lot of Inter games. Now I’m following [Real Madrid’s] Marcelo but Carlos is in my heart, everyone at Inter remembers him.
“For me it’s not pressure, but a responsibility. To emulate him would bring great satisfaction.
“Maxwell and Maicon? Maicon wrote history with the national team, I admire him a lot. They made history here and I hope to match them and remain in the hearts of the fans.
“I’m fine here, I’m adapting well with the help of my Brazilian teammates. They’ve helped me with the translations and I’m adapting more and more.”
