Juan Cuadrado and Marko Arnautovic again did not take part in training with Inter today, so will likely not be able to face Roma.
While Arnautovic is a long-term absentee, there had been hopes of seeing Cuadrado back in the squad over the last couple of weeks.
Once again, he has not fully recovered from that Achilles tendon issue and is training separately from the rest of the group.
That suggests the former Juventus and Fiorentina wing-back will not even be on the bench when Inter host Roma in Serie A on Sunday evening.
The 35-year-old Colombian has made only four Serie A appearances this season, providing one assist.
He made a brief comeback for 35 minutes against Bologna on October 7, but otherwise has been out since mid-September.
