“In 2010, Genoa reached an agreement with Napoli, but the move collapsed over contract terms,” Andrea D’Amico told Radio CRC.
“A move now? I can’t answer such a question because neither of the clubs have been in touch with me.
“If that doesn’t happen then we are talking about nothing.”
The full-back, 21 caps for Italy, moved to Russia in the summer of 2011 after Zenit paid €11m to Genoa for him.
