City to go for Kessie?

Manchester City are said to be targeting Atalanta’s Franck Kessie as a replacement for Yaya Toure.

The Ivorian, a City player since 2010, has not played in the Premier League this season and appears to have no future under Pep Guardiola.

As such, the Citizens will look to boost their midfield options once the next transfer window opens in January.

Top of the list, according to the Sunday Express, is La Dea’s Kessie. The 19-year-old has had a hugely inpressive start to the new campaign, scoring four goals in five Serie A matches.
