The standings were put together by the Lega Serie A based on the number of total sanctions the clubs and their players received.
These include bans for players, fines for crowd behaviour and management staff.
Chievo came out on top, followed by Parma, Siena, Udinese and Palermo.
Fiorentina were the best of the big clubs in 11th position, with Milan 12th, Lazio in 13 and Napoli 16.
The worst sides of the season in terms of discipline were Juventus, with Roma in 19th position and Inter 18th.
