Reports claim Chievo are on the verge of signing Bayern Munich midfielder Gianluca Gaudino.
The German Under-20 international is the son of former Manchester City midfielder Maurizio Gaudino, who was himself a German international.
Gianluca is also eligible for Italy thanks to his Italian grandparents, though he’s played for the country of his birth at both Under-19 and Under-20 level.
After eight Bundesliga appearances for Bayern in 2014-15, Gaudino has spent the past two seasons on loan with St Gallen in the Swiss Super League.
