Napoli reportedly turned down a €15m Chelsea offer for Algeria international Faouzi Ghoulam.
The 24-year-old left-back arrived in January 2014 from French side Saint-Etienne.
According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho made a bid worth €15m (£10.8m).
However, the Partenopei rejected the proposal and have no intention of selling Ghoulam.
He managed 39 appearances in all competition this season, providing five assists.
