Napoli star Edinson Cavani thanked the Uruguay medical staff after returning from injury with a goal.
The hitman missed the 3-0 Serie A victory against Inter with a sprained ankle and his club were angry that he was still called for international duty.
However, he did play in Uruguay's 4-2 win over Bolivia last night and was on target.

“I think the medical staff did a good job with me,” said Cavani. “I am very happy and, thanks to the great work done by the medics, they were convinced I could hold out well.
“I am so pleased, as I felt good out there and am therefore available for the next game.”
