“There is great satisfaction because we achieved an objective against all the odds,” Cannavaro said to Sky.
“The way we managed to stay up was brilliant, considering we were a newly promoted team. Everyone who played a part in securing safety is proud.
“The future? I have a contract with Sassuolo, we will see.”
