Felix Brych will officiate Wednesday evening’s Champions League clash between Atletico Madrid and Juventus.
The German, who has never previously refereed a game involving the Bianconeri, will take charge at the Vicente Calderon this midweek for Juve’s group stage meeting with Diego Simeone’s side.
Brych has twice before officiated Atletico Madrid, overseeing an August 2009 Play-off match against Panathinaikos and last season’s quarter-final first leg against Barcelona.
