Sassuolo confirm Jeremie Boga has no serious muscular damage, but he is still likely to miss this weekend’s match with Napoli.
The winger came off the bench at half-time in the 2-1 defeat to Milan, but lasted only 22 minutes before limping off again.
Tests showed no real damage to the left leg, as confirmed by a statement on the club website.
However, it’s likely Boga will be rested for this weekend’s Serie A encounter with Napoli.

It was also reported this morning that Napoli are the favourites to sign Boga, with an offer of €25m plus Amin Younes.
That has so far not been enough to meet the €40m asking price for the 23-year-old.
