Between France, Saudi Arabia and Mexico – what’s next for Lozano?

With only a year left on his contract at Napoli, Hirving Lozano is starting to consider his options ahead of a possible move this summer.

The 27-year-old Mexican winger featured often for the Partenopei in their Scudetto winning campaign, seeing over 1600 minutes of action across 32 Serie A appearances. He only started in 20 of these games, often coming off the bench in the closing stages of matches.

Lozano has done well at Napoli since his arrival in 2019 but has failed to replicate the form he showed during his time with PSV, where he was significantly more prolific.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport via TMW, a number of clubs across the world are interested in signing Lozano this summer, including teams from France and Saudi Arabia. He would be open to the latter, but a return home could also be on the cards.

Chivas are interested in bringing the winger back to Mexico and hope the idea of returning home after six years in Europe could be tempting for the 27-year-old.
