Hundreds of thousands of Twitter users are choosing their best sports moment of the year, with many picking Italy’s win at the Euros, Inter‘s Scudetto and even Giorgio Chiellini’s foul on Bukayo Saka.
As the end of 2021 approaches, Twitter Sports asked users to pick their favourite sports moment of the year.
Hundreds of thousands of people reacted by leaving a comment or quoting the tweet, showing the sports even they will never forget.
Not surprisingly, many picked events linked to Serie A and Italian football, including even Chiellini’s foul on Saka during the UEFA Euro 2020 Final at Wembley Stadium.
