The continuous delays and deferrals in the attempted operation to sell the club to a Chinese conglomerate, coupled with the Rossoneri's frozen status on the market, have taken their toll on the mood of the ultras.
Yesterday in the late evening a group of about 200 Milan fans marched to Berlusconi's residence in Arcore, with banners reading 'That's enough!' and 'Who are the Chinese buyers?'
While there were some angry chants, on the whole the atmosphere was not as hostile one might have expected, and three representatives from the group were invited inside the villa.
In the ensuing confrontation, Berlusconi apparently confirmed his desire to sell the club, but explained the bureaucratic and technical difficulties in getting the money transferred outside of China.
The fans also demanded the dismissal of Adriano Galliani, regardless of the outcome of the sale. The joint-CEO has long been considered one of the main culprits in the Diavolo's decline.
