The Champions League winners are currently in Italy for their pre-season training camp under new Coach Pep Guardiola.

Gomez has been a target for the Viola all summer, though they cannot invest €20m until Stevan Jovetic is sold.

“Without the right conditions, there cannot be a deal,” Bayern director of sport Matthias Sammer told Sport1.

“Until our requests are satisfied, nothing is going to happen. In any case, Mario only wants to join Fiorentina.”

This suggests the late bid from Napoli, as well as competition from Premier League and Liga sides, will not intercept Fiorentina’s talks.

Gomez received a hefty fine from Bayern Munich this week after wearing a Nike cap to training on Thursday.

Bayern are sponsored by Adidas and it’s reported in Germany that Gomez did it on purpose to push through his transfer.

He wore the cap two days after new teammates Mario Goetze and Jan Kirchhoff caused controversy by wearing Nike shirts at their official presentation.
