According to Spanish paper Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have made him their number one transfer priority for next season.
Blaugrana director Eric Abidal was spotted in the stands of the Stadio Via del Mare during last week’s 4-1 win over Lecce.
He saw Fabian Ruiz score a long-range strike, but the midfielder was then booked for a celebration that was considered to be provocative towards the home fans.
