He was greeted by supporters at the airport and in Busto Arsizio where he underwent his medical. The remaining tests will be performed tomorrow and it is reported his presentation will be at San Siro so fans can take part.
SuperMario arrived at the Da Giannino restaurant in Milan at 21.20 GMT, though over 1,000 fans had already gathered outside the noted nightspot with flags and banners.
Balotelli’s former Inter employers will not be pleased to hear he jumped when fans performed the traditional chant: ‘He who doesn’t jump is Nerazzurro.’
Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani does much of his business at this restaurant and traditionally dines here with new signings.
Balotelli’s family are also present with Rossoneri directors to welcome the Italian international.
