“It’s a game we have to win, a very important match for us,” the Chelsea-owned midfielder told Milan TV.
“We saw that Lazio won against SPAL this afternoon and it’s fundamental for us to remain in the Champions League zone. We’ve won the last two and now really need three points.”
With Lucas Biglia, Hakan Calhanoglu and Giacomo Bonaventura injured, Bakayoko is the only real option in midfield.
“I feel better now and know I can put in stronger performances. I must remain concentrated and make an impact in midfield. I know the Coach has faith in me.”
