Milan striker Carlos Bacca has revealed that his team 'must keep a clear head' in order to find consistency, but scoring is 'his obsession'.
Talking about his personal performances for the Rossoneri, the Colombian also revealed the importance of scoring goals for a striker.
"Do I live to see my name on the top scorers list? It is an important satisfaction," he told Corriere della Sera. "When you look at the scoring charts and see that you're head to head with another player gives you extra motivation.

"Is scoring my obsession? An attacker helps the team with their work, their strength, their sacrifices and above all with goals.
"If an attacking player does not score then he’s a full-back. If you play a good game then nobody notices except the Coach, the fans or statistics don't pay attention to this.
"At the end of a season if a striker plays 15 good games this is not discussed, but rather how many goals he has scored."
The Colombian opted to stay at Milan, despite interest from multiple other clubs, but is he the happiest he's ever been with this team?
"Even last year we had positive spells, however, we did not maintain any consistency.
"Now I think that we have not won anything yet. We have three games in eight days, if if we don’t win any of them, it changes everything. We must keep a clear head. We're fine, but we can improve."
