Traces of cirrhosis have been found inside the liver, seven alveolus inside the lungs were damaged, while the kidneys had an acute tubular necrosis.
Maradona reportedly died after an agony that went from six to eight hours, according to the report, and traces of psychotropic drugs were found in his blood.
An investigation is ongoing to ascertain the possible responsibility of his medical staff as some of those psychotropic drugs could have caused arrhythmia.
