Atalanta have underlined that the club will not be selling Giacomo Bonaventura and German Denis in January.

The midfielder is being linked with a variety of outfits, while Napoli have been associated with the centre-forward.

“Bonaventura will stay with us until the end of the season at the very least,” director general Pierpaolo Marino told Radio Punto Zero.

“Then, in the summer, we will sit down with him and evaluate his situation.

“As for Denis, that story makes me laugh,” added the former Napoli official. “The possibility of him returning to Naples is a crazy hoax…”

Bonaventura has scored one goal in eight games this term, while the Argentine has grabbed five in 12 matches.
