Parma are bound by confidentiality agreements not to reveal the names of the owners until they give the all-clear, which is believed to be in March when a new permanent President can be appointed.
Sky Sport Italia has done some digging and claims the main investors are Taci – who had three previous failed attempts to buy Parma – and Kerimov.
The Russian businessman would be a fascinating addition to Serie A, as Kerimov is one of the richest men in Russia, a political representative for Dagestan and owner of club Anzhi Makhachkala.
Anzhi shot to fame after spending huge sums to sign the likes of Samuel Eto’o, Roberto Carlos and Lassana Diarra.
They made Eto’o the highest-paid football player in the world, earning a reputed £350,000 per week.
