Amauri has been offered a two-year deal worth a basic salary of €1.2m a campaign. That could rise if certain bonus clauses are activated.
The former Chievo and Parma striker only joined Fiorentina in January after not playing a single minute for Juventus in 2011-12. He scored one goal in 13 games for the Viola.
Amauri enjoyed a six-month loan spell at Parma during the 2010-11 term when he grabbed seven goals in just 11 top-flight matches.
Parma are also hoping to sign midfielder Marco Parolo from Cesena and Fiorentina stopper Felipe.
