The Slovakian international has shone for his country at Euro 2016, leading his Coach to declare he should play for a bigger club.
That prompted his representative to say the midfielder is “already at a great club”, but he now appears more cautious.
“After the match with Russia, I had a number of phonecalls,” Juraj Venglos told Slovakian outlet Pluska.
“I won’t be specific at the moment though, Marek has a contract with Napoli. His value was already high, and it certainly won’t have gone down.
“He was already well-known, it’s not just about these two games he’s played.
“Could he leave for €35m? It could be that, it depends on the conditions of Napoli. It could be higher or it could be lower. Or in the end it might be irrelevant.
“Because he could stay at Napoli? Yes, anything is possible.”
Venglos was then asked about Slovakia Coach Jan Kozak’s words about Napoli.
“I had a lot of phonecalls from Neapolitan journalists! He triggered an avalanche! I had to tell them that Napoli isn’t a small club, Marek could have left in the past but he stayed with the club.
“He’s always identified with the club, so he stayed in Naples. There are always offers, and it's the same in this window."
Finally, Hamšík’s agent was asked if he had any information on Napoli, Roma and Fiorentina target Ondrej Duda.
“I have permission to represent him in Italy,” Venglos revealed.
“Some negotiations will take place. I’m talking with Legia [Warsaw] about other countries too.”
