Inter winger Yann Karamoh “has given the all-clear” to joining Saint-Etienne on loan, confirmed the player’s agent.
The 20-year-old had turned down Parma on transfer deadline day, but appears to be on his way towards Ligue 1 instead.
“We don’t know what’s going to happen yet, we’ll see between today and tomorrow,” agent Oscar Damiani told TMW.
