Abanda confirms Milan move

French starlet Leroy Abanda has thanked Monaco ‘for everything’ ahead of his proposed switch to Milan.

Abanda wrote the message on his Instagram story with a loveheart, suggesting a move to Milan was imminent.

Calciomercato.com reports the 18-year-old will sign a contract with the Rossoneri until 2023, although it is not clear whether he wil join now or in the summer.

The France Under-17 international impressed in the UEFA Youth League, contributing two goals and three assists in 10 games for the principality side.
