Journalist Carlo Pellegatti has revealed on his YouTube channel that the 38-year-old returned to his homeland to wait for the development of his current contract negotiations with the Rossoneri.
The veteran flew home after his holidays on the French Riviera and on Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, but La Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Swede can reach an agreement with Milan on €6m a season.
