The striker netted three of Milan’s goals in a 4-0 victory away to Palermo this evening. His only previous top flight treble was for Juve in 2005.
“I’ll get the whole team to sign the football and then take it home with me,” he smiled.
“We played an important game very well and must now keep going like this.”
However, his mind wandered back to last week’s 1-1 draw with Juventus, which he missed due to a three-game ban.
“We deserved to win that. Now I am in good shape and so is the team. We go to Arsenal on Tuesday hoping to qualify.”
Milan won the first leg of that Champions League tie 4-0 at San Siro.
