Multiple sources claim Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski has snubbed an offer from Al-Alhi and is determined to stay with the Partenopei.

The Poland international seemed on the verge of joining the Saudi side, but Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com claim he has refused an offer from Al-Alhi to remain at the Stadio Maradona.

Zielinski has 10 months left in his contract with the Serie A champions and will now discuss a new deal with his club. According to Calciomercato.com, Zielinski will be offered a new contract with a pay cut. The 29-year-old currently gets €4.5m per year at Napoli.

Sky Sport Italia adds that Napoli remain in talks with Celta Vigo for Gabri Veiga despite Zielinski’s decision to stay at the club.
