The pair of midfielders had tested positive on October 1 and were finally given the all-clear on October 24.
They passed their medical tests with the Lega Serie A, the necessary step before they can be allowed to resume physical activity after the virus.
Both Elmas and Zielinski took part in training with the rest of the Napoli squad today, although not the full session.

It’s unlikely they will play against Real Sociedad in the Europa League on Thursday, but they will probably make the trip.
