Zaniolo avoids suspension, Roma forward fined €10,000

Sky Sport Italia reports Zaniolo has recovered from the flexor issue and trained with his teammates, as Jose Mourinho prepares his men for the big game against Juventus.

English defender Chris Smalling, however, is out and carried out an individual programme at Trigoria.

The 22-year-old, capped eight times by the Azzurri, has played six times in Serie A this term, and only missed one game due to a suspension he sustained in the first match against Fiorentina.

Roma are fourth in Serie A, with 15 points from the first seven games under Mourinho. La Lupa have won against Fiorentina, Salernitana, Sassuolo, Udinese and Empoli, while they lost to Hellas Verona and Lazio.
