The 21-year-old is currently recovering from a knee injury and had tested positive for COVID at the beginning of January.
The Italy midfielder announced on Instagram he has now recovered.
“Negative, I’m back,” he wrote on an Instagram story.
Zaniolo, a former Inter and Fiorentina midfielder, is expected to return to action between March and April.
