Zanetti, founder of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, which owns brands such as Segafredo, has been linked with taking over the club in the past.

However, the coffee magate has today categorically denied any interest.

“Massimo Zanetti asserts that everything written in relation to his alleged interest in Parma is completely unfounded,” a statement announced.

“Therefore, it [the interest] is firmly denied.”
