Inter captain Javier Zanetti concedes “we could've done without that defeat,” and accused Antonio Cassano of “diving.”
Milan emerged with a 3-0 victory in tonight's derby thanks to an Alexandre Pato brace and late Cassano penalty.
“I don't know what the others may think, but I know what the team thinks: it's true, we could've done without this defeat, but now we have to look ahead,” Zanetti told Inter Channel.

“There are still seven Serie A games left, we are in the Champions League quarter-final and the Coppa Italia semi-final.”
It was Zanetti who pulled back Cassano for the spot-kick, but he had a message for FantAntonio.
“This is football too and Cassano did very well when diving in the box.
“We had the chances in the first half to equalise, then Cristian Chivu's red card made everything more difficult.
“Milan did well to hold on to the ball and maintain that advantage, so we couldn't get back into the game.
“Everyone is disappointed at losing this type of game, but I repeat we must look ahead now.”
