The bitter row has been dragging on ever since the transfer from Instituto in 2012.
This week the High Court in Manchester ruled Palermo owed €15m to Mascardi’s company Pencil Hill Ltd, but Zamparini hit back in a Press conference today.
“Mascardi always told me he owned Dybala’s rights and it wasn’t true. We bought him for €12m: €2m to his agent and €10m to be divided in 40 per cent to the club and 60 per cent for Mascardi.
“I handed over €10m and then received notice that the player wasn’t coming. I brought in Dybala’s agent, who extorted €2.8m to make sure he signed the contract.
“If Mascardi signed a contract wit me and the player hasn’t signed it, then that contract is legally null and void.
“I was told that the operation would be completed via an English fund, Pluriel, who would pocket €2.8m on behalf of Rebasa.
“I told Mascardi that I’d pay everything I owed him and showed him the papers when Dybala made the move to Juventus. Instead, he went to the TAS tribunal, which criminally supports the Swiss rights.
“I want them to sue me, because they are delinquents. I am tired of this disgusting behaviour, people like Mascardi and Pilla should be in prison.
“Don’t forget two years ago I said (FIFA President Sepp) Blatter should be given a kick up the backside and they finally did it.
“The rules state that agents cannot get compensation on transfers, so they invented a series of loopholes to get around the law.
“When I sold Dybala to Juventus, the player brought me two documents. The first attested that of that €2.8m, only €0.8m was going to the agents. The other said Mascardi would receive €1m.
“Nobody gave him anything and for the sale to Juventus he asked for this money. We accepted to avoid further problems, but it wasn’t enough.
“Once I saw the documents I called Pilla, who denied he’d ever worked with Rebasa and asked for €2.8m. He went to the TAS and won, now I hope he’ll call me into court, because he is a delinquent.
“I will take this matter to the FIFA Ethics Committee and the financial police in Argentina, telling them to perform checks on Mascardi.”
