Iachini insisted he was going to take training, but the session has yet to get underway and Sky is reporting that Davide Ballardini could return, despite the players’ mutiny against him earlier this season.
After leaving the meeting with Iachini, a Palermo fan told the President to leave the club, as they’re tired of his reign.
“I’m tired of Palermo too, very tired,” Zamparini retorted, according to Mediagol.
“Iachini is the Palermo Coach. Be good, don’t bust my balls about things I can’t discuss.”
The fan then told Zamparini that he’d rather see Palermo in the Lega Pro than in Serie A like this, to which the patron replied “fine”.
