Miha Zajc is expected to leave Fenerbahce for a return to Italy with Genoa, on loan with option to buy for €3m.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the deal has now been done, after it was mentioned by Sky Sport Italia earlier this week.
It’s a comeback to Serie A for Zajc, who spent two years at Empoli until his €3.5m transfer to Fenerbahce in January 2019.
The 26-year-old Slovenia international should be in Genoa over the next couple of days for a medical.
