Paulo Dybala has limped off after sustaining yet another injury for Roma and it remains to be seen if it is the thigh or the knee this time.

La Joya had a great start in tonight’s match against Fiorentina, providing the assist off the outside of the left boot for Romelu Lukaku’s header.

However, after 22 minutes he mistimed his challenge on Arthur Melo and turned his right leg in an awkward fashion, perhaps getting his studs caught in the turf.

The Argentina international immediately shook his head and motioned to the bench that he had hurt himself.

Dybala limped off and was replaced by Sardar Azmoun.

According to initial touchline reports from DAZN, it is believed to be a flexor issue, which would be muscular in nature.

There is also the risk that considering the way his leg bent, the knee could also be involved.

Dybala appeared to be touching the area of the thigh above the knee.
