Roma have had their worst start to a Serie A season since Zdenek Zeman’s campaign in 2012-13.

The Giallorossi go into the break for international duty with a last-gasp 1-0 win away to Torino, fightback to draw 3-3 at home with Atalanta and 2-1 defeat to Milan.

The last time Roma managed only four points in the opening three games was back in 2012-13, when Zeman was on the bench.

His side drew 2-2 with Catania, won 3-1 at Inter and lost at home 3-2 to Bologna.

They had nine points in 2013-14 and 2014-15, seven points for the next two years and six points at this stage last season.

Eusebio Di Francesco’s men have been very leaky at the back, letting in five goals and scoring five.
