Mehdi Taremi arrived at Inter‘s headquarters on Wednesday morning but is expected to sign his contract with the Nerazzurri on Friday after completing the second part of medical tests.

Iran international Taremi has arrived in Milan and will sign his contract with the Serie A champions before the end of the week, according to several sources in Italy.

Sky Sport Italia and FCInter1908 say the 31-year-old will complete the second part of medical examinations on Friday before signing a two-year deal with the Nerazzurri.

Taremi visited Inter’s offices on Wednesday morning with his agent, Federico Pastorello, and shot social media content that the Nerazzurri will release after his signature.

Taremi will earn €3m per season plus add-ons.

The defending Serie A champions have already announced their first two summer signings: Piotr Zielinski on a free transfer and Josep Martinez from Genoa on a permanent €15m deal.

The Nerazzurri will start the new Serie A season on August 17 away at Genoa.
