The summer transfer window in Serie A closes on Friday, September 1, at 19:00 BST.
Serie A clubs can make new signings for the summer until Friday, September 1. They can still sell players after the deadline at 19:00 BST, but after that time, they will no longer be able to register new players coming in.
This will be particularly tricky for some clubs involved in league games on Friday. Sassuolo and Verona will meet at the Mapei Stadium at 17:30 BST on Friday, while Milan will visit José Mourinho’s Roma at the Stadio Olimpico at 19:45.
The summer transfer window in Italy ends slightly earlier than in England and Spain (23:00 BST) and France (22:00 BST), while German clubs in the Bundesliga can do business until 17:00 BST on Friday.
The winter transfer window for Serie A clubs officially reopens on January 2, 2024, closing on January 31 at 19:00 BST.
