According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter director Piero Ausilio will meet André Onana’s agents and Manchester United representatives on Friday when the Red Devils can finalise the goalkeeper’s transfer.

The meeting will take place in Ibiza where Ausilio already met Manchester United’s Director of Football David Harrison on Tuesday.

According to Wednesday’s printed edition of Gazzetta (page 3), the two clubs agreed that the deal must be completed quickly, possibly by the end of the week.

Therefore, Inter and Man United hope to shake hands on Friday when another meeting will occur, this time involving the player’s entourage.

Erik ten Hag has been pushing for the signing of his ex-goalkeeper at Ajax and United are aware Inter won’t sell Onana for less than €50m.

The Nerazzurri are in a hurry to send the 27-year-old to Old Trafford and use the income from his sale to acquire Romelu Lukaku on a permanent transfer from Chelsea.
