When Juventus will meet Dybala’s agent to discuss contract extension

Paulo Dybala’s future at Juventus remains in doubt and Il Corriere dello Sport confirms his agent may not meet the Bianconeri chiefs before the end of the month.

The Argentinean sees his contract expire at the end of the season, but an agreement between the two parties seem to be quite far away.

Juventus and Dybala had reportedly shaken hands on a €10m-a-year deal, but the club will likely withdraw their offer when they resume talks with the player’s agent Jorge Antun this month.

Football Italia reported in January that the Bianconeri would not meet Antun before the end of February when a crucial shareholders meeting would take place.

The key date and the conditions for Dybala contract extension with Juventus

Il Corriere dello Sport confirms that the shareholders meeting will occur between the 23rd and the 25th of February and Juventus will likely meet Dybala’s agent only afterwards.

Juventus invested €80m to sign Dusan Vlahovic in January and many not afford to give Dybala a new €10m-a-year contract.

Tuttosport reported last month that Dybala and other five Juventus players with their contract expiring in June might need to take a 15% pay cut to stay at the Allianz Stadium beyond June 2022.

Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester City, Inter and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with signing Dybala as a free agent at the end of the season.
