Antonio Conte is expected to be in Naples in-person on Wednesday to formally sign off on his Napoli contract, according to reports late on Monday evening.

When will Conte arrive in Naples?

Conte and his representatives have reportedly already received the first draft of the contract, but the formal signing in Naples has been pencilled in for Wednesday, according to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio and Sky Sport Italia.

It is understood that the former Italy, Juventus, Chelsea and Inter coach has agreed to a three-year deal, which will run until the summer of 2027.

Conte is reportedly set to take home an annual salary of €7m plus up to €1m in bonuses across the three years, and it is believed that there is no release clause included in the contract.

The 54-year-old also has a few transfer targets in mind already, according to recent report. Those include Chelsea-owned former Inter and Roma striker Romelu Lukaku in the event that Victor Osimhen leaves.

Elsewhere, Conte is a fond admirer of Torino centre-back Alessandro Buongiorno, who is likely to cost somewhere in the region of €40m. Di Marzio also suggests that Empoli attacker Nicolo Cambiaghi is of interest, particularly as Jesper Lindstrom could be allowed to leave the club on loan.
