Lazio will go through to the Europa League Round of 16 if they beat Galatasaray in the final game, otherwise they’ll enter the play-offs.
The Biancocelesti guaranteed at least second place in Group E this evening thanks to a 3-0 victory away to Lokomotiv Moscow, decided by a pair of Ciro Immobile penalties and Pedro strike.

Galatasaray did the same and consolidated first place by sweeping Olympique Marseille aside 4-2.
That means Marseille can at best drop into the Europa Conference League and even that isn’t guaranteed yet.
The Europa League is different this season, as only the group winners go directly into the Round of 16.
Those who finish second will enter a play-off round to join them.
Lazio will take the top spot if they beat Galatasaray at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome for the final match of the group phase.
They were beaten 1-0 in Istanbul thanks to a Thomas Strakosha howler, so a 1-0 result will be enough.
That is because Lazio have a superior goal difference to Galatasaray.
