Ogbonna is an Italy international and crossed the city from Juve’s arch rivals Torino in 2013 for €13m.
He has struggled for playing time with the Bianconeri and was put on the market this summer.
The Tuttosport story also suggests Everton have not given up hope yet and could make a counter-offer, but must hurry if they don’t want to lose Ogbonna to the Hammers.
